"Mostly okay, but one item was wrong"
My order from farandaway.co was mostly right, but one of the items wasn’t the one I actually picked. Shipping was fine and everything arrived without any real issue. Not sure how to explain it, but it just felt like they could’ve paid a little more attention to the order details before sending it out. Not terrible, just a bit disappointing.

The prices looked clear to me and I didn’t really see any weird surprise fees showing up. I did have to do a little extra checking on my side, just to be sure I was understanding it right, so that’s why I’m doing 4 stars instead of 5.

"Looks nice, but the quality let me down"
As someone who’s picky about little details and finishes, I was a bit disappointed when this arrived. It looked really nice in the photos, and from a distance it still looks fine, but up close the craftsmanship isn’t great. Some of the edges feel rough, and I noticed a few small marks in the finish. It works okay for what it is, but for the price I expected better. Not terrible, just not something I’d probably buy again.

"Pretty easy to use"
The website was easy to get around. Everything was laid out clearly, and checkout wasn’t confusing at all, which is always a win. The only thing was that a few images took a bit to load on my phone, but overall it worked fine. No biggie.

I paid on farandaway and it went smoothly. The checkout was quick, so I didn’t spend much time on it, and my card went through on the first try. The confirmation email came a few minutes later, so I knew everything was okay. I’m giving 4 stars because the last step could be a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

I was excited when I ordered this because it looked really nice online, but once it arrived, it just didn’t quite match what I was expecting. The details seemed different in person, and overall it didn’t have the same look as the pictures. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely a bit disappointing

"Smooth order and quicker than I expected"
I ordered from farandaway.co and had a easy experience. The shipping ended up being faster than I thought it would be, and I appreciated getting updates along the way so I wasn’t left wondering where my package was. It arrived in good shape too, which always makes me feel better about ordering online from a site I’m not super familiar with. It wasn’t next-day fast or anything, but in my opinion it was still quick. I’m taking off one star just because the tracking was a little slow to update at first, but overall I’d say it was a solid experience

"Pretty happy with it, honestly"
I ordered from farandaway.co and, i was pleasantly surprised. The quality feels solid, the material doesn’t seem cheap, and it actually looks like the pictures, which is always a little bit of a gamble when ordering online.

That said, okay, the one tiny finish detail did bug me for a second because I noticed it right away. But then I got over it quickly since it’s not a big deal and doesn’t really affect anything. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

"Packaging was disappointing"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging was just not great. The box felt thin and had dents on the corners, like it had been tossed around a bit during shipping.
Nothing was actually broken, but a couple of the items had scuffs, and the wrapping inside just felt kind of cheap. For the price, I expected it to be packed a little better.

"Had an issue, but it worked out"
I had a problem with my order and, to be honest, I was sure it was going to turn into a whole hassle. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I wasn’t expecting much at first. Support got back to me, though, and after a little back and forth, they were really nice and got it sorted out. Took a bit longer than I hoped, I guess, but in the end everything was fixed and I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Nice, clean design but communication could be better"
The design is clean and looks really nice, which I appreciated. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear, and I had to figure out some things on my own. Overall, it looks good, but clearer updates or explanations would have made the experience better
